The Summer DDR Experience

From £36+VAT per person

  • Arrival & Refreshments: Freshly brewed tea, coffee, and a selection of seasonal fruit.

  • Mid-Morning: A dedicated protein snack paired with your choice of tea or coffee.

  • Lunch: A Chef’s Choice Mediterranean Menu, light yet satisfying, followed by the ultimate summer treat of strawberries and cream.

  • Afternoon : A bespoke afternoon juice station and stay hydrated throughout the day with unlimited still and sparkling mineral water.

  • A wooden board holds a freshly made flatbread topped with tomato sauce, feta cheese, and fresh greens, alongside a serving of sweet potato fries and a small bowl of dipping sauce.

What’s Included

  • Full hire of your main meeting or conference room from 09:00 – 17:00.

  • Built-in Plasma Screen or LCD Projector and screen, plus basic guest Wi-Fi.

  • Flipchart, pads, pens, and full conference stationery.

  • Complimentary on-site car parking for all delegates.
