Jane Bartlett
Director of Events
Jane directs the event strategy for Cranmore Park. This involves planning, creating, and delivering 50 days of trade shows a year, as well as leading the sales and business development for all events held at the venue. Jane has led her own business events agency and has created and developed successful event and exhibitions around the globe working with companies like SAP, Hewlett Packard, ROYAL CANIN and Denso.
Outside of work, Jane spoils her aging but bonkers border collie with lots of walks, plays tennis several times a week and adores skiing. Little known fact – she has a black belt in karate.

Ceri Smith
Director of Facilities
Ceri has a passion for Facilities management, boasting over two decades of experience in the field.
With a solid foundation laid during her tenure at the NEC Group at the start of her career, Ceri has honed her skills and expertise and highlights include spearheading a £23 million redevelopment project for RNIB Pears Centre, transforming a children's home and school for young people with complex needs. Her commitment to community welfare extended further as she played a crucial role in the immobilisation of Zoe's Place Children's Hospice in Coventry.
Ceri has worked for AIS for 10 years and now leads the Facilities teams whose key functions are to maintain a safe, functional and efficient environment for employees and visitors to AIS. Ceri is committed to ensuring continuous growth and innovation in facilities management practices to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Kelly Smith
Head of Events
Kelly has over 11 years experience in sales, events, and account management, and has worked on a wide range of events including trade shows, gala dinners and high security government conferences, plus Britain's Got Talent and The James Corden Late Late Show.
Kelly is results driven, thrives on working in a fast paced environment, and passionate about leading her team in the delivery of unmissable events and outstanding customer service.
In her spare time, Kelly enjoys listening to live music, socialising with friends, and getting away in the sun.

Stephanie Smith
Venue Manager
Stephanie is an Exhibition and Events professional, who has worked in the industry for over 25 years, as both Events Organiser and Venue Event Manager.
Having organised Events ranging from 500sqm-100,000sqm in both the UK and Overseas, she joined AIS on a fixed term contract in 2018 working for Intersport.
She then rejoined AIS in April 2022 as Operations Manager and has more recently been appointed as Venue Manager, with a focus on improving the customer experience and ensuring that Cranmore Park continues to deliver exemplary events.

Liz Ayto
Event Sales & Business Development Manager
Liz has over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality and event industries, both in the UK and international market.
With a wealth of knowledge in project management, Liz has honed specialist expertise in delivering a multitude of large scale events, from trade shows, conferences, exhibitions and road shows, to awards dinners and wedding receptions.
Dedicated to providing an exceptional standard of service, Liz is highly motivated and focused on building and maintaining customer loyalty.
Outside of work Liz enjoys being outdoors - as a keen motorcyclist and campervan owner, meeting new people and travelling to new places.

Cheyenne Spears
Event Sales & Business Development Manager
Graduating from the UK Centre for Event Management with over 8 years of experience, Cheyenne has successfully overseen a multitude of UK and international events across a wide range of industries.
Proud to have been involved in such notable events as the Monaco Grand Prix, Cheyenne has expertise in coordinating logistics, managing resources, and working with stakeholders to deliver outstanding events that exceed expectations.
In her spare time, Cheyenne enjoys Pilates and reading, and is also an avid Netflix binge-watcher.

Varsha Chohan
Event Sales & Business Development Manager
Varsha has over 30 years' experience in the kidswear industry which includes having organised the INDX National Kidswear Show for over 10 years, and bringing the INDX National Kids Footwear Show to market - launching in 2025.
With a wealth of customer focused expertise, throughout her career Varsha has developed unrivalled skills in delivering face-to-face events which bring together suppliers and businesses and encourage commercial partnerships.
Outside of work Varsha enjoys going to the gym, cooking, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.

Alyson Lyndon
Event Sales & Business Development Manager
Alyson has immense experience in event management, and has a special passion for the retail industry, having successfully organised brand leading trade shows under the INDX Shows banner for over 15 years.
With a keen eye for detail, Alyson delivers exceptional quality and service, and thrives on working with clients to bring their bespoke events to life, providing a professional, inspiring, and friendly event experience.
In her spare time, Alyson loves to walk in the country with her family and rescue dog Olive, is a regular gym visitor, and also enjoys gardening and horse riding.

Chris Eustace
Health & Safety and Facilities Manager
Chris has worked in the events industry since 2009 specialising in various Safety and Venue Operational roles. He has worked on the London Olympics, the 2015 Rugby World Cup and the Commonwealth Games.
Making his way to AIS in June 2023 as the full time Health & Safety and Facilities Manager, Chris brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Chris has a passion for creating safe and functional environments and and is committed to implementing best practice and innovative solutions.
Chris now takes the lead ensuring Compliance and is committed to the safety and welfare of our employees at Cranmore Park.

Jane Wood
Events Administration Manager
Jane is an experienced Events Administration Manager with a wealth of company knowledge and supports in delivering successful and seamless events.
She is the brains behind our new Events Management System, which was recently implemented, along with managing the administration of the team.
Jane is a keen rambler, concert goer and plays the drums in her spare time.

Tania Margarido
Site Services Coordinator
Tania has been employed by AIS for over 15 years, starting as a Housekeeper, becoming the Housekeeping Team Supervisor , and then was promoted to manage the Reprographics and Post Room, dealing with all aspects of Print and Post.
Now, Tania is the Site Services Coordinator, looking after the Site Services Team by planning and organising the team daily tasks within the building, Events and Trade Shows working a long side the Events Team to ensure all trade shows setups and breakdown are completed within the deadline.
Tania enjoysI long walks, hikes and to visit new places. Her favorite hobby is crochet and she enjoys spending time with her family, takes every opportunity to play with , and spoil her 18-month-old grandson.

Elaine Constable
Events Administrator
Elaine has worked within the Events Team for 7 years providing essential administration and Event Management System support. Elaine also has experience of organising small events in previous roles.
When not working Elaine likes to travel, dine out and listen to live music but most of all she loves spending time with her grandson.
