Jane Bartlett
Director of Events
Jane directs the event strategy for Cranmore Park. This involves planning, creating, and delivering 50 days of trade shows a year, as well as leading the sales and business development for all events held at the venue. Jane has led her own business events agency and has created and developed successful event and exhibitions around the globe working with companies like SAP, Hewlett Packard, ROYAL CANIN and Denso.
Outside of work, Jane spoils her aging but bonkers border collie with lots of walks, plays tennis several times a week and adores skiing. Little known fact – she has a black belt in karate.

Ceri Smith
Director of Facilities
Ceri has a passion for Facilities management, boasting over two decades of experience in the field.
With a solid foundation laid during her tenure at the NEC Group at the start of her career, Ceri has honed her skills and expertise and highlights include spearheading a £23 million redevelopment project for RNIB Pears Centre, transforming a children's home and school for young people with complex needs. Her commitment to community welfare extended further as she played a crucial role in the immobilisation of Zoe's Place Children's Hospice in Coventry.
Ceri has worked for AIS for 10 years and now leads the Facilities teams whose key functions are to maintain a safe, functional and efficient environment for employees and visitors to AIS. Ceri is committed to ensuring continuous growth and innovation in facilities management practices to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Kelly Smith
Head of Events
Kelly holds 11 years experience of sales, events and account management experience working on a wide range of events from Trade Shows, gala dinners, high security government conferences to Britains Got Talent and The James Corden Late Late Show.
Kelly thrives on working in a fast pace events environment, delivering outstanding customer service wherever possible.
In her spare time, Kelly enjoys listening to live music, socialising with friends and getting away in the sun!

Liz Ayto
Event Sales & Business Development Manager
Liz has over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality and event industry both in the UK and Overseas, with a wealth of knowledge in project management of large events ranging from Trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, road shows, award dinners, weddings and small meetings etc.
Dedicated to providing an exceptional standard of service; motivated and focussed on building and maintaining customer loyalty and never afraid to being hands on.
Outside of work she enjoys the outdoors being a keen motorcyclist and campervan owner, travelling around the UK and Europe meeting new people and seeing new sights.

Varsha Chohan
Event Sales & Business Development Manager
Varsha has over 30 years experience in kidswear. Starting at Next, Varsha joined AIS in 1997 as a kidswear merchandiser and events assistant. She has been the Event Manager for INDX Kids for the past 10 years, the show becoming the only Trade Show dedicated to kid's apparel, footwear and accessories in the UK.
With a wealth of experience, Varsha has worked with brands and independent businesses and bringing them together to work in collaboration through Trade Show's and commercial partnerships.
Outside of work Varsha enjoys going to the gym and personal trainer, cooking, travelling and spending time with friends and her family.

Elaine Constable
Events Administrator
Elaine has worked within the Events Team for 7 years providing essential administration and Event Management System support. Elaine also has experience of organising small events in previous roles.
When not working Elaine likes to travel, dine out and listen to live music but most of all she loves spending time with her grandson.

Chris Eustace
Health & Safety and Facilities Manager
Chris has worked in the events industry since 2009 specialising in various Safety and Venue Operational roles. He has worked on the London Olympics, the 2015 Rugby World Cup and the Commonwealth Games.
Making his way to AIS in June 2023 as the full time Health & Safety and Facilities Manager, Chris brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Chris has a passion for creating safe and functional environments and and is committed to implementing best practice and innovative solutions.
Chris now takes the lead ensuring Compliance and is committed to the safety and welfare of our employees at Cranmore Park.

Louise Ivory
EMS Administrator
Louise has recently joined the events team and has experience assisting the setting up of trade shows, conferences and events within AIS. She is currently working on the implementation of our new Events Management System which will ensure a smoother and more cohesive journey for internal staff, suppliers & visitors of our events.
In her spare time Louise also works as a photographer capturing weddings, events and family portraits, but she isn’t all work and no play. Louise enjoys socialising on a weekend, spending time with her pooch Jax and partaking in Netflix marathons.

Alyson Lyndon
Event Sales & Business Development Manager
With a passion for the industry, Alyson has immense experience in setting up and presenting successful brand leading trade shows for clients and for AIS under the INDX banner for many years.
Alongside this Alyson delivers exceptional quality and high standards with a love for delivering an amazing service for all her clients, booking syndicate rooms, training and conference events. Providing a professional, inspiring, friendly and attention to detail event experience, Alyson never falters to demonstrate her passion for the industry.
In her spare time, Alyson loves a walk in the country with her rescue dog Olive and family, visits the gym and enjoys yoga classes. She is also happy to be in the garden at the weekends and takes a few horse rides on occasion too.

Tania Margarido
Site Services Coordinator
Tania has been employed by AIS for over 15 years, starting as a Housekeeper, becoming the Housekeeping Team Supervisor , and then was promoted to manage the Reprographics and Post Room, dealing with all aspects of Print and Post.
Now, Tania is the Site Services Coordinator, looking after the Site Services Team by planning and organising the team daily tasks within the building, Events and Trade Shows working a long side the Events Team to ensure all trade shows setups and breakdown are completed within the deadline.
Tania enjoysI long walks, hikes and to visit new places. Her favorite hobby is crochet and she enjoys spending time with her family, takes every opportunity to play with , and spoil her 18-month-old grandson.

Alexander Morris
Event Sales & Business Development Manager
Alex is an experienced Event professional with a keen eye for detail and a proven track record in event sales and planning spanning over 7 years. His expertise encompasses a diverse range of event types, including charity events, dinners, exhibitions, training and seminar events, product launches, and sporting stadium events.
With an impressive portfolio, Alex has worked closely with well-known brands, FTSE 100 businesses, government sector, as well as independent small businesses, breathing life into their business visions. He has also had the privilege of planning events for prestigious guests such as members of the royal family.
As well as taking every opportunity to travel the world, Alex has a keen interest in Interior Design.

Stephanie Smith
Venue Manager
Stephanie is an Exhibition and Events professional, who has worked in the industry for over 25 years, as both Events Organiser and Venue Event Manager.
Having organised Events ranging from 500sqm-100,000sqm in both the UK and Overseas, she joined AIS on a fixed term contract in 2018 working for Intersport.
She then rejoined AIS in April 2022 as Operations Manager and has more recently been appointed as Venue Manager, with a focus on improving the customer experience and ensuring that Cranmore Park continues to deliver exemplary events.

Cheyenne Spears
Event Sales & Business Development Manager
Graduating from the UK Centre for event Management with over 8 years of experience, Cheyenne has successfully overseen a multitude of both UK and international events across a wide range of industries. Proud to have been involved in notable events such as the Monaco Grand Prix and explore beautiful locations such as Iceland in Mega Trucks across glaciers.
With her expertise in coordinating logistics, managing resources, and working with stakeholders, Cheyenne strives to deliver outstanding events that exceed expectations.
In her spare time, Cheyenne enjoys Pilates, reads and binge watches Netflix.

Jane Wood
Events Administration Manager
Jane is an experienced Events Administration Manager with a wealth of company knowledge and supports in delivering successful and seamless events.
She is the brains behind our new Events Management System, which was recently implemented, along with managing the administration of the team.
Jane is a keen rambler, concert goer and plays the drums in her spare time.
