Before your event
We'll walk you around the venue and provide space planning to optimise your event.
Let's define your vision for the event and hone the experience, look, and feel.
Next comes logistics, scheduling, contract planning, and building. We'll also offer advice and support with technical options and specifications, and menu planning.

Event live
We'll be there to offer on the day event support with set-up and theming.
We can also organise a registration team, ready to meet and greet your guests.
We'll introduce you to our venue services teams, looking after your health and safety while you're onsite.

Post event
Time to debrief!
We'll help you organise breakdown/ clean-up logistics including recycling/upcycling any event assets.
You'll receive any outstanding financial settlements and we'll be in touch for a follow-up consultation.
