Behind the scenes we have a dedicated team of Event Managers and in-house support teams with a breadth of industry knowledge and expertise to help guide you every step of the way.
Our Head of Events, Kelly Smith, has over 11 years experience in sales, events, and account management, and has worked on a wide range of events including trade shows, gala dinners and high security government conferences, plus Britain's Got Talent and The James Corden Late Late Show.
Kelly is results driven, thrives on working in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about leading her team in the delivery of unmissable events and outstanding customer service.
What sets Cranmore Park aside from other venues in the West Midlands?
Cranmore Park stands out because of its versatility, accessibility, and the level of personal service we provide. We have the flexibility to host everything from large-scale exhibitions to highly tailored corporate events for upto 700 delegates, all under one roof. Being exceptionally well-connected by road and rail makes us an easy choice for organisers and visitors alike, but what really differentiates us is our hands-on approach - We work closely with organisers to ensure every event delivers on its objectives, not just logistically but strategically.
What has been your most memorable event to date?
One of my most memorable events at Cranmore Park was a large, multi‑day exhibition that filled every hall and created a real buzz across the venue. From busy car parks to packed event spaces, it was clear from the moment the doors opened that the event was a success. What stood out most was seeing exhibitors actively doing business - Live demonstrations, meaningful conversations, and strong visitor engagement throughout the day. The event had grown year on year with us and watching that progress really showcased Cranmore Park’s ability to support ambitious organisers and deliver events that drive real results.
What are you excited to host next?
I’m particularly excited to host conferences that sit alongside dynamic exhibition spaces, creating a complete end‑to‑end experience for organisers and delegates. Events that combine insightful conference content with a strong exhibition floor allow for knowledge sharing, networking, and hands‑on engagement all in one place. These hybrid formats really play to Cranmore Park’s strengths - Showcasing our flexible halls, breakout spaces, and our ability to support events that drive conversation, collaboration, and commercial value throughout the day.

Nothing compares to the energy and connection of an in-person event. Face-to-face interactions build stronger relationships, spark spontaneous conversations, and create memorable experiences that simply can’t be replicated online.
