Our open platform video conferencing rooms allow you to sign into your chosen VC application so you can video call anyone around the world.

Dedicated Site Services Team
Our dedicated site services team can set the room out in several styles, from interview to boardroom.
For example, we can arrange chairs around a square or oval table for a meeting which involves plenty of discussion. Alternatively, we can lay out chairs in rows facing the front of the room -which is perfect for presentations.
For the best of both worlds, we can arrange chairs in a 'U' shape to allow discussion while still being centred towards the front of the room. And if you have an alternative layout in mind, talk to us and we'll see what we can do.
